Email Alerts

Get notified by email when important events occur in your app.

Email alerts are available on the Growth plan.

Supported Event Types

Configuration

Configure alerts in your app's Settings tab under the Email Alerts section. You can control:

How It Works

When an event is ingested that matches your alert configuration, an email is queued and sent asynchronously. Alerts never block or delay event ingestion.

The cooldown prevents alert spam. After an alert is sent, no further alerts fire for that app until the cooldown period has passed. The cooldown is checked both when the alert is queued and again when it is sent, so even under high event volume you will not be flooded.

Severity Levels

Policy violations carry a severity from 1 (informational) to 10 (critical). Use the minimum severity setting to filter out low-priority alerts. Budget and error events default to severity 5 if not explicitly set.

Each alert email includes a direct link to your app's settings page where you can adjust or disable alerts.
