SignalVault (signalvault.io) is operated by Elvar (elvar.io).
SignalVault is an AI compliance audit and guardrails platform. We provide encrypted audit logging, policy enforcement (PII detection, secret scanning, token limits, model allowlists), budget controls, and compliance exports for applications that integrate with AI providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use SignalVault for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You will not attempt to circumvent security controls, abuse rate limits, or use the service to process content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
API usage is subject to rate limits and plan-specific quotas. We may throttle or suspend access that exceeds these limits. Current limits are documented in our API reference and may be updated with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed per app via Stripe. Each app has its own independent subscription (Starter or Growth). Billing is monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Price changes will be communicated in advance.
You retain full ownership of your data. Audit logs, prompts, responses, and metadata that you send to SignalVault remain your property. We process your data solely to provide the service and do not use it for purposes unrelated to operating SignalVault.
SignalVault, its software, documentation, and branding are owned by Elvar. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these terms. You do not acquire any rights to our intellectual property beyond this license.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalVault and Elvar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will retain and delete your data according to our retention policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elvar operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
